Terms of Service

Access

The McCain Longevity customer portal is private. Accounts are provided for individual use and may not be shared. We may suspend access where these terms are not followed.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown at the time of ordering and are charged in US dollars. The amount charged is determined by our records at checkout, not by information supplied by your browser. We may decline or cancel an order, including where a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. An order is confirmed only once payment has been confirmed by the payment processor.

Shipping

Shipping timeframes are estimates. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier. Tracking information is shown in your order history where available.

Returns and refunds

Refund requests are handled individually — email us at support@mccainlongevity.com. Certain products may not be returnable once opened, for safety reasons.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, to interfere with its operation, or to resell products purchased through it.

Disclaimers

Products and information are provided subject to our product and research disclaimers. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The version in force at the time of your order is recorded with that order.
