Questions
Common questions
Why is the catalog private?
McCain Longevity is a private store rather than an open shop. Products, prices and product details are visible only after signing in.
There is no public storefront, and nothing on the public site describes what is in the catalog.
What governs what you sell?
A written standard, published and signed. It sets what a product must meet before it enters the catalog, and what we owe you once it does.
We sell nothing we cannot document, and we tell you what we know — including what we don't.
Why might something be unavailable?
Because we would rather have an empty shelf than an uncertain one. Availability is the first thing we give up when the Standard and the business disagree.
In practice this means we will be out of stock rather than uncertain. If we cannot verify a lot, we do not sell it, even when the alternative is an empty shelf and a customer who goes elsewhere. Substituting an unverified batch to preserve availability is the most ordinary failure in this industry, and the one we are most determined not to commit.
Why would a product be withdrawn?
The Standard takes precedence over commercial interest, so a product that no longer satisfies it does not stay in the catalog while we think about it. Withdrawal is the ordinary consequence of the rule, not an exception to it.
We would rather lose a sale than spend the trust it was made with.
How much do products really matter?
Products matter, but they are only part of the picture. Most of what determines a result is not purchasable at all — sleep, training, nutrition, and the patience to keep at them. Everything we sell works at the margin of that.
Is any of this medical advice?
No. Information provided by McCain Longevity is educational, and it does not create a clinician–patient relationship. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning, changing or stopping any protocol, supplement or medication.
